An estimate of labor and parts is offered before any work is begun, along with the estimated time it will take to complete the job. As Volvo specialists, it is very rare that minor incidental costs would increase your bill more than 10% for service agreed upon. However, there are iinstances when we are unable to fully troubleshoot your vehicle's problem without additional investigation. If an inspection, service or repair suggests that an additional service or part would be beneficial, we will thoroughly describe the problem found upon diagnosis, provide you with an additional cost estimate and get your approval before additional work is started.
Record keeping is an important aspect of businesses that conduct automotive service and repair. MVP uses computerized record keeping as an aid in keeping accurate records of our customer's vehicles. We will never sell, share or trade the personal information that we obtain about or your vehicle(s) to anyone.
